Integrated Battery Management System

Every AOKLY lithium battery comes equipped with its own integrated Battery Management System (BMS). This BMS is a circuit board placed atop the internal cells of the battery, linking the cell terminals to the external battery terminals.

The Battery Management System (BMS) oversees and regulates all functions with remarkable precision to prevent any harm to the battery during regular usage. The AOKLY BMS is equipped with top-tier safety features, including protections against over-discharge, over-voltage, under-voltage, temperature fluctuations, and short circuits, among others.

All safeguards are provisional and are meant to automatically restore or reactivate when the battery is connected to a charger.

Connections in Series and Parallel

If you intend to link several cells in series or parallel, consider these suggestions: Always use the same type of batteries bought simultaneously for connections. Avoid connecting more than four AOKLY 12.8V batteries at once. Refrain from combining new and used batteries in your connections.

Select the appropriate cable or copper bar for linking batteries. Consult a certified technician regarding the selection of cable and wire size. Prior to linking the batteries, ensure they are balanced by adjusting all batteries to the same resting voltage or within a 0.1V variance before establishing the connection. Independently rebalance your batteries every six months to confirm that all connected batteries maintain the same voltage level. Always use insulating gloves when connecting batteries.
