Installation:
Four Common Situations When Installing Carburetor:

1. The fuel tank should be cleaned before installation, because impurities such as colloid, moisture, rust, etc. are easily
accumulated inside the fuel tank. These impurities may clog the oil pump filter and affect the normal supply of fuel.
2. Long-term transportation may cause the oil float position to change. Because this material is copper, you can check
the oil level inside through the shutter window to adjust it.

3. If you install our carburetor and there is oil leakage, you can clean our carburetor, because we have tested these carburetors.
There is oil in them. If they are placed for a long time, some chemical reactions may occur. This problem can be improved after cleaning.
4. Idle speed problem: Check whether the idle speed screw is back to the bottom. If it is back to the bottom, it will appear

that there is no idle speed and it will not turn. You can adjust the idle speed screw and the mixed gas ratio to see.
How To Clean Carburetor:
1. Using a brush, scrape away any deposits or grime that have buit up on the pars, including the top cover and the assembly itself.
Look for any passages or holes and spray them with carburetor cleaner to ensure they are free-flowing and don't have any blockages.

Use air compressor to blow through these holes and passages and ensure any deposits buildup have been completely removed
2. Place any smaller parts, except gaskets, rubber, plastic components, in a container of carburetor cleaner and scrub them with a
brush after thoroughly soaking them.
